How do you achieve this?

Have a bed time routine

Switch off any blue screen products – Computer, mobile

Avoid caffeine or alcohol in the hours before you go to bed

Make the room dark no light.

Hygiene – What is good hygiene?

Good hygiene is ensuring you bath regularly, clean your teeth, wash your hair and clean your nails and hands.

Look at if you can increase your time cleaning your teeth
