Happy New Year

 



Happy New Year, I wish you an amazing year for 2022, full of a great health, well-being and adventures. I know that is my plan for this year.

My name is Jo Brown, I am a woman who is over 50, a mum to 2 sons and a well-being coach.

I love the outdoors and the benefits that nature brings to you. I walk my dog Nala every morning, love hiking and I am currently training for the Pennine Way, canoeing, kayaking, camping in a tent or in my van and generally just living my life to the full.

 My goal for the new year is to start a regular blog and share information that will support women over the age of 35 who are lost, overwhelmed and unfulfilled to achieve finding their best self, so they know what their values are so they can learn to trust themselves without feeling they have to live their life to other people’s values. The topics will include various ways of improving your well-being.

 The subjects the blog will cover are the following:

  • Being Self Aware 
  • Nutrition
  • Fitness
  • The benefits of alternative therapies
  • Nature and its benefits
  • Stretching yourself outside your comfort zone

I will also write about my journey of development with canoeing, preparing for the Pennine Way and much more.

These blogs will be an addition to my daily lives that I do in the morning in my group Transforming Your Life on Facebook while out walking with Nala.
