What is a comfort zone?

According to Collins Dictionary it is a situation or position in which a person feels secure, comfortable, or in controlencouraging people to work outside their comfort zone.

A comfort zone is a place that people stay in during their life. Where everything feels comfortable, with no fear or discomfort. Things become the same and life can become dull and you may feel stuck in a rut. 

Ways to step out of your comfort zone? 

  • Challenge yourself to change your routine
  • Work on developing yourself intellectually
  • Improve your nutrition
  • Develop your fitness routine
  • Become creative to develop ideas of stepping out of your comfort zone
  • Do you know your values? Do you stick to your values or do you explore them to allow you to dig a little deeper?

  • Do you take risks? 
  • Do you face your fears?
