Make it happen.
Do you make things happen?
For a long time, I would complain about my life situation I was in, I would never make a step to change.
Why because of FEAR.
Since 2017, I have made an emphasis of trying to push myself out of my comfort zone trying to canoe and kayak aiming for moving water. I sometimes failed at this but as we know, failure is not a bad thing it is the First Attempt In Learning.
I really do not like the feeling of being uncomfortable - heart racing, feeling sick, mind working overtime.
Then in 2020, I met Adam, I had some sessions with him, to work on my mindset a little and then in December 2020 he actually got me on moving water. Was it plain sailing "no" I had meltdowns.
Why do I do this? Why do I push myself this way, so that I can learn to feel comfortable being uncomfortable. This will allow me to be able to deal with challenging situations in my life, in a calmer way.
Tonight, I have been on a zoom call with Adam from Outdoor Instruction planning and organising a retreat that will allow you to challenge yourself.
I am so excited to be offering these amazing opportunities at fantastic prices to allow you to get inside your stretch zone allowing you to grow and see what you really are capable of,
The 2 retreats - 1 in the Peak District and 1 in Snowdonia, will allow you to receive 4 coaching sessions from 2 congruent coaches before the retreat, a weekend full of adventure with coaching and an opportunity to challenge yourself taking part in outdoor activities like Abseiling, caving, waterfall splash and a night time walk.
I am looking forward to sharing more information about these retreats in the next few days.
