What is being self-aware?

Being self-aware is when you have conscious knowledge of your own character and feelings.

This shows that 95% of people are unaware of their behaviour and can become an auto-pilot reaction and so they become unaware of their patterns.

  • Understand your emotional impact on others (you have high Emotional Intelligence)
  • You recognize your weaknesses and aren’t afraid to admit them or get support for them.

  • You know your limits.
  • Your able to anticipate reactions and respond effectively.
